The Workers Liberation Front
A "new" project that I've been working on *forever*: Transformation support for people who know something needs to change — but don't yet know how.
Are you employed, middle class, and stuck?
Worried the future is arriving faster than you can adapt?
Concerned that automation, crisis, or social change might make your skills — or even your identity — obsolete?
You’re not alone, so what do you want to be a part of?

My name is Cassie. I’m a working-class artist and organizer with a long practice helping people navigate personal, professional, and political transition. I created The Workers Liberation Front as a practical service for people who sense that the world is changing — and want to change with it.
Many people have survived the current economic system by disconnecting from parts of their creativity, intuition, or collective power. The Workers Liberation Front helps reconnect those capacities so you can move from stuckness into meaningful action. If we are going to win, we need a social movement that includes everyone — including people who have been working too hard to imagine their role in revolution.
What I Offer
I work with individuals and groups to support moments of transition, including:
Getting unstuck professionally or creatively
Reorienting your work toward values and purpose
Building courage for risk, change, or public action
Transforming burnout into sustainable engagement
Organizing collaborative or community projects
Developing workshops, artistic practices, or new initiatives
Finding ways to act ethically inside difficult institutions
This work draws on methods developed through my international art practice, organizing experience, and years of supporting people navigating structural and personal change.
How It Works
One-on-one sessions
Small group processes
Creative and strategic consultation
Long-term accompaniment during periods of transition
Together, we clarify what you already know, identify available support, and design pathways forward that feel authentic and possible.
Who This Is For
I often work with people who:
Have succeeded professionally but feel misaligned
Want to contribute to social change but don’t know where to begin
Feel politically awake but practically stuck
Are exhausted by accelerated work culture
Sense they have something important to offer — but lack structure or support
This is not coaching toward productivity! It is support for becoming useful, alive, and connected in a rapidly changing world.
Payment
Fees are sliding-scale and based on means. If you currently have financial stability, your payment supports access for others. If you don’t, we can still work together.
Why This Work Exists
We are entering a period of massive social transformation. This is not a time of heroes — it’s a time that requires creativity, mutual aid, vulnerability, and collective intelligence.
Nobody is free until everybody is free. That includes people with privilege, responsibility, or institutional power who are trying to find new ways to participate.
My work focuses on the people who are rarely addressed directly: those who have been working this whole time, keeping systems running, while quietly wondering what comes next.
About Me
I live in the Bay Area, California, and work internationally. I’ve lived and worked across Europe and Canada, supporting artists, organizers, workers, and institutions through processes of change. Here is my office.
Normal, for me, is a little sci-fi. Human survival — including yours — genuinely fascinates me.
